Registration for Non-Credit Courses

Please visit the course page and click on the registration link to the left. Then fill out and submit the on-line form.

Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis. You will not be considered registered until payment is received. University departments and other businesses who wish to make payment arrangements for their employees should contact us at 275-0446. Please do not pay on a University of Rochester P-Card or University of Rochester American Express.

Information for University of Rochester employees using tuition benefits:

For University tuition benefits policies and forms, visit the Tuition Benefits Homepage. Please note that non-credit courses can only be eligible for an 80% reimbursement for job-related courses. This means that the employee must register and pay for the course, and upon successful completion, will receive an 80% reimbursement.

The tuition reimbursement form alone does not register you for a course; you must still complete the registration form

Courses covered under the University of Rochester.s tuition benefits package must be completed with a satisfactory grade in order for the course to be paid for by the University. Courses that are not dropped prior to the first day of classes will be paid for by the student.

Refund Policy

To receive a full tuition refund for non-credit courses, students must cancel their registration in writing at least one week prior to the start of class. Cancellations received before the start of class, but less than one week prior to the start of class will receive a refund less a $30 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds granted for cancellations received on or after the first day of the class. Additional fees are non-refundable.
